What file formats do you deliver?
PES, DST, JEF, EXP, VP3, XXX, HUS, SEW, PEC and more. Tell us your machine and we’ll send the right one. Need two formats? Just ask.
What kind of image should I send?
The clearer the better, a high-resolution PNG, JPG, PDF, or vector is ideal. A clean hand drawing works too. We’ll let you know if a file’s too low-quality to do justice before we start.
Why not just use a free auto-converter?
For big, bold, simple shapes, please do, and save your money! Auto-tools struggle with detail, small text, gradients and fine lines because they can’t make the stitch-by-stitch decisions a real fabric needs. That’s exactly when hand-digitizing pays for itself.
Can I get changes after delivery?
Yes, minor edits (sizing tweaks, small adjustments after a test stitch) are included free. Larger redesigns or new versions are quoted separately.
Do I own the file?
Absolutely. Once it’s paid for, the digitized file is yours to keep, stitch, and use however you like.
